FAQ - Appeal Process
How many times can I appeal?
By default, you can only appeal three (3) times. The bureau has a sovereign right to nullify that should they find your ticket to be indisputably invalid or should not be entertained.
Will the Appeal Ticket be deleted?
The bureau will delete your appeal ticket immediately within one or two weeks after a verdict has been delivered to you. This is in the case where a member of the bureau has changed their mind and recall another meeting to discuss the case.
How long does this usually take?
It may take at least within day or two before the Director Sephirah notices the appeal. In the consensus of the bureau upon review, it may take more than that depending on every staff's availability.
Is there an appeal server? If so, can I join?
As of date (06/09/22), Cyanide Heights has decided not to make an appeal server. This has been replaced with the Appeal Contact Center, located below and you will be asked to go there after submission.
