Incident Occurred at 16:25pm , 16/11/2020.
An argument between two members about their boundaries and limitations, as of now, has been left unresolved, and as the situation gets worse, one of the Tribunal Members, the core user of the server's foundation, has left Cyanide Heights.
A similar incident (not exactly the same) also happened during November 3, 2020, which led to lots of members leaving and the Council on high alert.
Therefore, I, Regent Kiguroki, herewith impose a Temporary Restraining Order - 02 on the following channels:
The Order is effective immediately until December 05, 2020 (Manila Standard Time).

The regency has called a meeting within the tribunal council office regarding the issue and have tackled regarding the order's duration, as well as the new additions to the server guidelines.
In line with this, the Temporary Restraining Order's duration has been shortened from December 5 down to November 24, 2020.
