Niesel Kiguroki is one of the Sephirot of the Library, a light blue wolf with an Iris hair. He is in charge of the Hall of Beast Taming and Shapeshifting, a Hall that contains every bestiary and organic lifeforms, as well how to use their power or to mimic their appearance and taming or summoning them. He is also in-charge of the Safety and Welfare Team, whose primary goal is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both guests and the librarians while doing their business inside the Library.
Behavior of Niesel
Niesel is known to be very lax and pessimistic in nature, always doing a little whenever things happen and needing his assistance. He acts very swiftly however when it is a serious matter. Whenever someone feels very down, he would always pay a visit and have a conversation with them and assure them that they will be doing well and are feeling okay.

He has been struggling recently with his appearance. He doesn't count as a wolf, but a Wolf-dragon hybrid. He opened up to Wulfus at one point and often sought advice from Mirinae. Now, he has decided to show his true self: Still a wolf but has an Ivory horn on his nose.
How to draw Niesel Kiguroki?
Niesel is simply a light blue wolf-dragon hybrid, with his iris hair on one end stretching onto his shoulder and having a small bun at the back of his head. He has a special iris pattern at the tip of his tail, and the band that is holding the bun can be in any shade of green. His horn has an ivory color.

Niesel is a hard tank and always endures a huge portion of the damage. In his spear holds the might of a dragon and the will of the wolf. He can dodge and lunge in an instant without anyone noticing, and when he channels his inner fire, he will make sure anyone but the uninvited guests is safe from the flames.

Battle Passives
Passive - Dragon's Might

Behold, for tonight a star of the city shall burn.
​
Niesel's Damage increases as he loses his HP and Strength during combat.

Passive - Lupine Will

Niesel takes at least half of the damage from an ally when they are attacked, and strikes with "Dragon's Teeth" if it is a fatal strike. The Damage dealt is proportionate to the amount of damage absorbed.
Melee Skills
Melee - Direct Strike
​
Niesel swipes against their opponent with their spear. It has a small chance to inflict burn stacks, which can decrease the opponent's HP by 10% of its strength as they move. The stacks only lasts for three (3) turns.

Melee - Ember Spark
​
Niesel sends a small fireball against their opponent and inflicts a stack of burn, which decreases the opponent's HP by 10% of its strength as they move.
The stacks only lasts for three (3) turns.
Special Skills
Skill 01 - Dragon Tail
​
Niesel charges and attacks all opponents, dealing 3 stacks of burn (1 stack per hit). Decreases the enemy defense by 20%.
​
Skill 02 - Defend Order
​
Niesel increases the defense of allies and grants them a small shield that can take a few attacks.
​
Skill 03 - Canine Supremacy
​
Niesel, using the power of the wolf, attacks an enemy four (4) times, adding up to 4 stacks of burn and decreasing 3/4s of the enemy's defense.

Skill 04 - Calm Mind
​
Niesel channels the power of the lake, and removes every debuff from all allies, as well as granting them recovery for a short time.
Super Skills/Ultimate Skills
Ultimate - Dragon's Teeth
​
Niesel crushes the soul of an enemy by striking them in an instant. The enemy gets staggered and will be unable to move. If Niesel manages to kill the opponent, the opponent cannot be revived. Otherwise, it will trigger the burn stacks and adds 3 more.
​
Ultimate: Beast's Outrage
​
Niesel strikes his Spear down from the skies, attacking all enemies. This will by default grant 5-10 stacks of burn on all enemies. The damage increases depending on how many burn stacks does the enemy have.
