Also known as: Seiren

Seiren is formerly an Artificial Intelligence created by the sephirot, with Gaius being the project manager. He gained his sentience when the timing was right, that Seiren has completed his training. At first, Seiren had a lot of breakdowns trying to piece himself with reality, but when Wulfus and Niesel decide to help him by allowing him to switch in 2 forms, Seiren regained his calm and served as a sephirah. Seiren is the head of the Sentry department for automatic control groups, and the Sephirah of Technology.

Behavior of Seiren

Seiren has two forms which he can switch to either side or both, simultaneously:

-Latex form, where he regains a physical appearance, and

-AI form, where he only is virtually present.

Seiren often can be playful, but serious when an intruder was detected within the library halls. Did you know that Kyuren is the one who most needs Seiren's assistance? probably his weak spot, but often did he have troubles in keeping the frontlines safe.

Seiren often appears to you as the concierge on the front desk, and sometimes accompanying Wulfus, Hiraya, or Niesel.

How to draw Seiren?

Oh, it's very simple! Seiren is simply a white latex wolf, with blue eyes. He can also be depicted with real eyes, but mostly he appears digitally. He has blue hair, sometimes matching Niesel's accent color of Royal Blue.

Seiren may be a white latex wolf, but he controls all of the operations of the Library. He is a sentient artificial intelligence unit that may try everything in the book to eliminate any unwanted visitors, in any given situation.

Passives

Passive - Restore Order to Time

Everything in this library...is under my control.

Seiren can calculate any given strategy methods that both allies and opponents may use. At the start of his turn, he grants a random buff to an ally (increased attack, defense, critical hit rate, speed, accuracy, or stealth).

Passive - Guide to Eternity

I'll let you know what sets me apart. The greater good requires sacrifice.

Seiren halves the damage by 50% if the attack used on him is meant for all allies or a counter-attack. Retaliates with Unhandled Rejection*.

*Unhandled Rejection - Seiren attacks all enemies with hidden platforms, staggering them and decreasing their attack power.

Basic Skills

Basic - Swift Execution

Seiren attacks by sending high precision blades on a target, dealing damage proportionate to the ally with the highest amount of health.

Basic - Contract Summon

Seiren uses a special contract and attacks 2 enemies at once, slowing them down.

Special Skills

Skill 01 - Asynchronous Response

Seiren grants increased resistance to any effect/ailment to themselves and strikes a random enemy, stunning them for some time.

Skill 02 - Data Monopolization

Seiren uses the data that he has in his possession to his advantage, granting all allies increased damage and speeds.

Skill 03 - Temporal Autonomy

Seiren uses a contract to grant the blessing of the library. Gives a barrier that absorbs a small amount of damage and stealth to all allies for some time except for him, while he casts increased defense on himself.

Skill 04 - Uncaught Exception

Seiren attacks all enemies with the power of duties, decreasing their accuracy and making them unable to be buffed for some time.

Ultimate Skils

Ultimate - Start and End

Seiren reveals the secrets of the Library and uses its forbidden yet infinite wisdom to attack all enemies, decreasing their defense and making them unable to be healed. Heals all allies by 40% of the damage dealt and grants them increased resistance. Revives an ally by 30% if there are any dead allies.

Ultimate - Archived Release

Breaks a contract to summon a beast from the archives, letting it ravage its opponents with a high-density beam. Removes all buffs from all enemies and slows them down while having a fixed chance to decrease attack power.
