Wulfus Kiguroki is the main director of the Library created by the Kiguroki. He manages the Hall of General Sorcery and is the head of the Exploration group. Their Hall is a must-go for every sorcerer cadet and experienced sorcerers to learn basic and advanced sorcery. The Exploration group are groups of Librarians created to go into different dimensions, fighting every beast that stands in their way, in the favor of research and information. Defeated beings are turned into books and their souls, after converted into a copy of their memories, were returned and revived without a single memory of what happened before and during their death.
Behavior of Wulfus
In this library, Kigu is known by guests as a bit mysterious, and sometimes a bit too intimidating. But once you get to know him, he is generally a friendly person, and is a bit calm on serious matters. He sometimes gets into arguments with Kyuren Kiguroki whenever something seems a bit off. Some say he often have a breakdown when things don't feel right anymore and further attempts to resolve it made it worse.

Kigu is a blue wolf with cream hair, as well as a light blue pattern on the tip of his tail.

Of course, Wulfus never gives information for free. Using a higher form of magic than Kirlia, he is able to conjure one of the strongest forms of sorcery within the Library. For the most part, he refuses to fight alone except on certain circumstances.

Passive - Transcendence of Forbidden Sorcery

Wulfus resorts his power on the night skies. Gain increased attack and Speed but decreased defense during a full moon, and increased defense and speed but decreased attack during a new moon. Does not apply during the daytime.

Has a 50% (coin flip) to evade an attack and counter back.
Basic Skills
Basic - Serenity
​
Wulfus attacks with sparks of light and has a 40% chance to stun. Decreases the accuracy and attack power of the target for 2 turns.

Basic - Vitality Drain
​
Drains the vitality of one target and attacks, dealing damage to the amount stolen. Decreases attack and defense for 2 turns.
Special Skills
Special 01 - Pillars of Light
​
Wulfus summons 7 pillars and sends them down on the opposing team. Has a 40% stun chance and decreases speed for 2 turns.

Special 02 - Blessing of Immortality
Casts a spell of immortality, granting all allies that absorb damage for a short amount of time, and immunity to debuffs for a short duration.

Special 03 - Mana Amplification

Uses a forbidden spell to cast divine powers from the skies, granting increased attack and critical hit chance for 2 turns.

Special 04 - Chains of Suppression
​
Summons chains to entrap the target enemy, making them unable to move for a few turns. slows down all other enemy teams.
Ultimates
Ultimate - Consequence of Twilight
​
Sends darkness upon the entire field, summoning stars of twilight and sending them to the opposing team, forming an explosion of light. Stuns and Slows all enemies for a few turns. If an enemy dies by this skill, Wulfus moves again with Chains of Suppression on one random enemy.

Ultimate - Shockwave
​
Casts a powerful shockwave, distorting the field, and flinching all enemies. Has a 50% chance to decrease attack and accuracy.
